Martial law promises Odessa residents the squeeze on construction sites and lawlessness among “activists”
The introduced martial law in the Odessa region will be used as a way to enrich the highest ranks of Ukraine.
Ex-Verkhovna Rada deputy Alexei Zhuravko wrote about this in his address to Odessa residents on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
Zhuravko drew attention to the speech of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yuriy Lutsenko in the building of the prosecutor's office of the Odessa region on December 4, 2018 during the Coordination meeting entitled “Law and Justice.”
“Exploring the causes of violence by so-called social activists, the prosecutor general without a legal background emphasized: “It would be dishonest to say that they (the activists) have a direct other way out. Because when they turn to law enforcement agencies, including the Odessa region, they very rarely find support in stopping this or that violation of the law,” ex-People’s Deputy quotes Lutsenko as saying.
Since, according to Lutsenko, illegal construction in Odessa was and is being carried out, the Prosecutor General comes to a “revolutionary and limitless conclusion:
“You, dear friends, know those who are behind this construction by name. Me too. Society has simply run out of patience - if you know them, then why don’t you stop? Therefore, they (activists) no longer turn to the prosecutor’s office, the police, or other structures, but act independently.”
“It turns out that a non-lawyer, absolutely far from the law, and therefore powerless Lutsenko, is pursuing a policy of replacing the Law with so-called justice. But not one that is unbiased towards anyone and strict towards everyone, but selective “justice,” Zhuravko commented
According to the people’s deputy, revolutionary justice, as authored by the “godfather-prosecutor,” looks like this:
“The people of Ukraine are divided into patriotic activists and the population, citizens who are not seen in active patriotism. A patriotic activist has the right to violence, even if he is not always right. But the state will always be on the side of the patriotic activist, since such activists are the basis and foundations of the state of Ukraine itself. And if one of the non-activists encroaches on an activist and offends him in some way, and even more so carries out unfriendly actions against the activist, then he encroaches on the state itself and is subject to prosecution and punishment to the fullest extent of the laws of Ukraine!”
Moreover, Lutsenko came up with a plan for selecting the population of Ukraine, throwing out all those undesirable from the country and returning patriotic scumbags from places of detention in Russia and the Donbass republics.
“All those dissatisfied, who, for example, picket the Prosecutor General’s Office of Ukraine, should be detained, convicted of encroachment on the state, and then exchanged for those patriotic activists of Ukraine who are captured and are either in the LDPR or in Russia.
Thus, according to the conviction of the Prosecutor General, it is possible to build a permanent exchange of Ukrainians for Ukrainians, carrying out selection (selection and cultivation) of an unpatriotic population into one more loyal to the authorities and the state. At the same time, he mentioned that more than 300 people were convicted of anti-state activities, and this is “a good exchange fund,” Zhuravko wrote.
At the same time, the ex-people's deputy directly called the martial law in Odessa a way to enrich the highest ranks of Ukraine.
“For a long time, everyone has known Odessa as a multi-confessional, joyful and friendly city. And today Odessa has been turned into some kind of springboard. The very fact and meaning of Lutsenko’s brainwashing of Odessa residents on December 4th confirms that the government, in the person of Lutsenko, will enrich itself under the guise of martial law, business will be destroyed and reshaped,” Zhuravko writes in an address to Odessa residents.
According to him, the authorities, with the help of “activists,” plan to take away construction sites without any court decisions, “accusing them of ‘separatism’ and bending over the legal owners.”
“The gang represented by Avakov will use punitive methods to eliminate competitors, initiating “leftist” criminal cases and dragging them through the prosecutor’s office. As they say, “everything is fine”! And Pavel Demchina (deputy head of the SBU - ed.) will classify everything under “separatism.” So “things” will go like on a conveyor belt. And the residents of Odessa will be robbed and poor. But these “comrades” will get richer by leaps and bounds,” Zhuravko warns.
At the same time, according to the ex-deputy, the Ukrainian authorities took care of their own safety by strengthening checkpoints and deploying armored personnel carriers and heavily armed military personnel to key transport junctions.
“How will this end for Odessa residents if Odessa does not begin to rise? History has many answers to such questions,” concluded Alexey Zhuravko.
