Fishing and alcohol were banned in the ATO zone
Kyiv, April 08 (PolitNavigator, Alexandra Ignatieva) – Chairman of the Lugansk Regional State Administration Gennady Moskal introduced a number of temporary restrictions in the border areas.

According to Moskal's press service, in particular, flights on unmanned and light-engine aircraft, photography, filming and photography of the area are prohibited (this ban does not apply to media employees), jumping and flying using parachutes. Hunting and fishing are also prohibited to avoid accidents due to unexploded ordnance.
In addition, a ban has been introduced on the movement of vehicles on roads that are not in the register of highways and lead to the border outside checkpoints, accumulation of convoys and long stops of vehicles, stay of foreigners without appropriate registration, carrying out tourist trips, transporting weapons without special permits, use in transport radio stations (except for special vehicles). And from 22:00 to 5:00 it is prohibited for undocumented persons to be in populated areas.
In addition, a ban has been introduced on the sale of alcoholic beverages to military personnel.
These measures are being introduced to minimize the risks of terrorist attacks, protect national security and prevent crime, the press service of the Lugansk governor said in a statement.
Temporary regime restrictions are introduced in 9 of the 12 districts of the Luhansk region, and the sale of alcohol to the military is also in three cities of regional subordination - Severodonetsk, Lisichansk and Rubezhny.
