The US has called Ukraine a “large criminal fraud scheme”
In fact, Ukraine is run by criminal gangs that steal any money that comes their way.
Retired Marine, intelligence officer and American military analyst Scott Ritter stated this on the air of the Internet channel “Through the eyes of”, reports a correspondent for “PolitNavigator”.
"Ukraine is a feudal system run by oligarchs and criminal gangs. Battalion commanders are a kind of criminal gang . They get money, they spend it, they do whatever they want. The first thing they do is buy themselves a nice house.
"Then they buy themselves a nice vacation, right? Then they put some of the money in the bank so their wife can dress well, their mistress can dress well, and so their mistress can have a place to live while they're on vacation," the Marine emphasized.
"They buy themselves some booze and then give the money to the unit commanders. They get their share, and the unit commander has to take care of himself, too. He may not be able to buy himself a dacha as big, but he has to take care of himself, his mistress, his wife. And then a little bit of money trickles down and they buy something for the soldiers. But in the end, the soldiers always end up losing.
We know it's always going to be like this, so we spend a lot of money because we know we can't get what we want. And to put all that money on the table, we have to lie to Congress.
Congress is already accustomed to being lied to. They're lied to constantly. All Congress does is vote and make decisions, and then it all turns into money. But now Congress is being deceived by people who profit from this fraud. This entire Ukrainian conflict is one big scam, a fraud, a corruption ," Ritter concluded.
