One of the Kedr self-defense fighters spoke about this. According to him, St. George ribbons were attached to the cars, which may have provoked the National Guard soldiers who opened fire on the transport.
Passengers and drivers managed to escape without injury, but the vehicles are in need of repair - they were thoroughly riddled.
According to Kedr, a cyclist was seriously injured and was also shot at.
“They are afraid that people with St. George’s ribbons are representatives of self-defense. That’s why they shoot “just in case,” says the self-defense fighter.
As Navigator reported, Interior Minister Arsen Avakov said that the security forces are taking all actions to prevent civilian casualties. However, the shootings near Kramatorsk caused a great resonance, which led to casualties and injuries, in particular, the death of a 21-year-old nurse.
