In Sevastopol, a developer is trying to build a high-rise building on a plot for individual homeownership

The Sevastopol City Council literally forced the customer to fork out money for a new territory.
The next, already fourth meeting of the City Council on the development of a residential building, instead of putting an end to it, as planned a week ago, is now postponing the decision for a week, or even two. For the fourth time, the customer’s project is looking for ways to circumvent urban planning obstacles, but now, instead of hints, they made it clear to him that everyone was tired of this.
As it turned out, the intended purpose of the land plot on which the development is being carried out is individual residential construction, and in the project - a high-rise building. The land allocation for such ambitions does not extend in area.
“Again, the filming on which the designers worked is disgusting. Nobody knows how old this shooting is. No one knows who made it. There is not a single symbol. You can’t work on such material if you respect yourself,” said one of the commission members and added.
“There must be an explanation of the sites. Areas and destinations must be read. We look for the fourth time - the same thing, only now a blue spot has appeared here.”
Returning to the old circle, the members of the Town Planning Council, not finding common ground with the common sense of the customer, began to appeal to his conscience, which only worsened the situation.
“I don’t understand these projects that are being violated intentionally. Without hesitation. Without reddening of the cheeks,” the expert was indignant.
The designer, as usual, referred to Ukrainian laws. Director of the Department of Urban Planning and Architecture Igor Malozemov put an end to the meeting, although not final. He offered the customer something that he, apparently, had been dodging as best he could for more than a month.
“Have you purchased this plot? No? Where did he even get this area? Two plots of land for individual residential construction were purchased. Well, get another one. What is the problem? Otherwise you should only move towards the city. And immediately the question will be closed. The issue with the territory will be closed, the issue with all other sites will be closed, the issue with travel will be closed. And there is no need to talk about red lines, move the fence, call all this a local area. Otherwise the designer tells us beautifully. And resolve the issue with the intended use of the land,” Malozemov instructed.
The customer, after being asked twice, said that he would go for it.
