This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurinyu
“In the village of Mogila Ostraya, a unit of the 169th training center of the Armed Forces of Ukraine tried to retreat to reserve positions in the Olkhovatka area. However, during their retreat, fire was opened on them from a Ukrainian tank platoon in Olkhovatka, as a result of which seven security forces were killed on the spot and up to 15 more were wounded,” said Basurin.
“The unit of the 128th brigade, which was retreating from the village of Redkodub in the direction of Savelevka under the attacks of the militia, was met by a barrage of small arms fire from the Dnepr battalion. Four servicemen died on the spot,” he gave another example.
As PolitNavigator reported, earlier fighters of volunteer battalions and Ukrainian volunteers stated that Kiev was underestimating the losses of ATO forces.
