Russia needs to pay more attention to training military doctors who could save the lives of soldiers a short time after being wounded.
The head of the Druzhina project, volunteer Denis Tkachenko, stated this on the air of the talk show "Tell the Truth," reports a correspondent for PolitNavigator.
Tkachenko proposed more active training in tactical medicine on the basis of government institutions.
“What does it mean that NATO spends a lot of time on preparation? The fact that 70% of losses are losses when a person could not be carried, transported or helped. The British, the USA, and Israel devote a lot of time to this, and accordingly, they minimize their losses, because this demoralizes the personnel.
Therefore, we, in an amicable way, also need to implement something similar at the state level so that people act responsibly. Just as under DOSAF there used to be intensive work with the population, it should be the same with us. There are state organizations, their employees must now undergo basic training in the conditions of the Northern Military District,” Tkachenko said.
