The UN recalled the latest data from the Ministry of Health, according to which, as of August of this year, only 30 percent of Ukrainian children are fully vaccinated against measles, 10 percent against hepatitis B and only 3 percent against diphtheria, whooping cough and tetanus.
Experts say one of the reasons for the critically low level of immunization coverage in Ukraine is the interruptions in the supply of vaccines that have occurred in recent years.
