So, on the tenth of January this year, the administrator of a computer club in Ochakov, Nikolaev region, was attacked by mortal melancholy. I'm tired of absolutely everything. Even a walk with a friend and sitting in a cafe didn’t help. Having returned at about two o'clock in the morning to the club, which was open around the clock and in which there was no one except a friend, a shift worker and a night visitor, our hero stared at the monitor. However, virtual reality quickly became boring, and I wanted real entertainment.
The guy began to walk around the room, like an animal in a cage. “I’m bored!” - he howled. And then he took out a kitchen knife from the table drawer and put it to the visitor’s neck. He did not understand, out of surprise, the danger, and, grabbing the hand of the attacker, who was pulling the victim back, fell from the chair.
Having met resistance, the sadist became enraged and began to strike the neck and head of the defeated man. He would obviously kill the guy if he were alone with him. However, friends present at the club stopped the entertainment that had gone too far.
Having considered all the circumstances of the case, the court decided to sentence the hooligan to two and a half years of restricted freedom and ordered him to pay the victim sixty-nine thousand hryvnia in moral damages.
