“Due to the damage to the fiber-optic communication line on the Temryuk-Kerch section on June 30, 2017, access to the Internet of subscribers roaming K-Telecom LLC (TM Win mobile) and KTK TELECOM LLC (Volna TM) is limited mobile), the speed of access to the Internet of subscribers of most Internet providers has been reduced, and long-distance telephone connections of subscribers of fixed-line telephone operators have also been limited,” the message says.
