Kyiv, June 04 (Navigator, Evgeniy Andreev) – The reprisal in the Verkhovna Rada of Oleg Tsarev led to another surge of anti-Russian hysteria in Kyiv and to the search for new “enemies of the people.”

Obviously, the capital’s newspaper Den writes, the deprivation of Tsarev’s mandate “is a precedent for those deputies who disgraced themselves with anti-state activities, voting for the laws of January 16 and financing and supporting terrorists in the east.”
The publication’s experts share the same opinion:
“The delay in voting is explained by the presidential campaign, but the real explanation is that some other forces were involved,” MP Yuriy Derevyanko told The Day. “At the last vote, there weren’t even any deputies present to lift Tsarev’s immunity. Why did the deputies not come to vote, although they knew that an issue was on the agenda that demonstrates the clear position of the Verkhovna Rada for society? Parliament calls on people to mobilize, but in fact cannot mobilize itself.”
The people's deputy is convinced that the reprisal against dissidents should be short:
“All pseudo-national traitor deputies must be brought to justice and documents about this must be immediately submitted to the Verkhovna Rada. People like Tsarev, from the camp of communists and regionalists, cause even more harm than single militants in the east.”
In addition, supporters of terrorism in the factions of the former majority today can be “taken” without problems.
“The detention of deputies who are associated with separatism will not split society further. These deputies have not been representatives of their region for a long time. Normal people have given up on them, and the militants fight for money. In addition, new parliamentary elections will soon be held in the country,” blogger Karl Volokh told The Day.
