In Kyiv they realized: the DPR and LPR are far from puppets of the Kremlin (VIDEO)
Kyiv, February 06 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – The DPR and LPR should not be considered puppets of the Kremlin, completely controlled by Moscow.
Iskander Khisamov, head of the Ukrainian analytical center "Expert Council," voiced this opinion at a press conference in Kyiv, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

“In my opinion, the DPR and LPR are far from being satellites and puppets of the Kremlin,” the political scientist emphasized. – Moreover: it seems to me that many of the Kremlin’s movements are dictated from there by the interests of these formations. World players have to take into account those, from the point of view of distant specialists, pawns who stand on this board - on the territory of Ukraine.”
The expert also said that one should not overestimate the degree of US influence on the Ukrainian government, which has largely become a hostage of public sentiment in its country, and representatives of Europe and the United States are “trying to resolve a conflict that has long ago emerged from the direct control of puppeteers and world-class players.”
