Kharkov, January 08 (PolitNavigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – In Kharkov, eyewitnesses were able to record a police car chasing the violators’ car, with a traffic cop on the hood.

The corresponding video was distributed on the Internet. As can be seen in the video, the traffic police inspector is lying on the hood of a moving “nine”, behind which a traffic police patrol car is rushing with the siren on.
