Coronavirus infection is suspected at the Yalta-Intourist Hotel
A guest at the well-known Crimean hotel "Yalta-Intourist" has been sent to an observation facility with suspected coronavirus infection. This was announced by Natalya Penkovskaya, head of the Federal Service for Surveillance on Consumer Rights Protection and Human Wellbeing for Crimea and Sevastopol, at a meeting of the coronavirus prevention headquarters, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Penkovskaya, instead of a hotel, the guest will spend the next two weeks at the Evpatoria observatory.
“The situation has been resolved - the person will go to the observatory today. There are no questions, he will go for the period provided for by current legislation, until a final decision on this case is established,” Penkovskaya said.
Earlier, the head of the republic signed a decree according to which from March 28 to June 1, sanatoriums, boarding houses and other accommodation facilities in Crimea will not accept new tourists.
At today's meeting of the headquarters, Sergei Aksenov demanded that monitoring be carried out in resort regions to check the implementation of the decree.
