In Donetsk, a hundred miners released from captivity
Donetsk, August 27 (Navigator, Victoria Litovchenko) – The miners trapped at the Zasyadko mine were brought to the surface.

“Today, as a result of damage to the high-voltage cable supplying the Zasyadko mine in Donetsk, the coal enterprise was de-energized. As a result, 104 miners were trapped underground. All of them were promptly brought to the surface,” the press service of the Donetsk regional state administration said in a statement. Restoration work is currently underway at the coal plant.
As Navigator reported, earlier it was stated that almost all mines in Donetsk were stopped due to hostilities.
