This information was posted on her Facebook page by the press secretary of the Chairman of the People's Council of the DPR, Victoria Talakina, commenting on the progress of the negotiations in Minsk, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“The key issue for the Donetsk People’s Republic remains the release of all those illegally detained on the territory of Ukraine. Unfortunately, the Ukrainian side continues to divide the lists of all identified prisoners into categories of “subject to” and “not subject to” exchange. Despite all the calls from representatives of the Republics, Ukrainian negotiators continue to delay the exchange of prisoners prescribed by the Package of Measures for the Implementation of the Minsk Agreements.”
She noted that the parties to the negotiations paid special attention to the facts of violation of human rights in relation to prisoners: “The negotiators paid special attention to the violation of basic human rights in relation to prisoners and the facts of the use of illegal interrogation methods for detainees, the lack of medical care, as well as inadequate conditions of detention of detainees,” Talakina said.
