A humanitarian catastrophe has been averted in the DPR
During a large-scale shelling carried out by Ukrainian security forces on Sunday evening, the Donetsk filtration station was shelled, and several grenades exploded in the immediate vicinity of the filter building and a branch of the chlorine line.

Ruslan Yakubov, the official representative of the DPR in the JCCC, stated this during a briefing, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Ukrainian security forces have been deliberately and methodically shelling the Donetsk Filtration Station for three days. Explosions of AGS-17 grenades were recorded, as a result of which the filter buildings and the reserve branch of the chlorine pipeline line, which runs at a height of 4,5 meters above the ground, received significant damage. Yesterday, the territory of the Verkhnekalmius pumping station came under MLRS fire, where 20 rockets exploded 200 meters from the chlorine spill station, where approximately 257 tons of the toxic substance are stored. In addition, the station’s dam itself suffered significant damage,” commented Yakubov.
The official representative of the DPR in the JCCC once again noted that in this way, the Ukrainian side, by purposefully shelling critical infrastructure, deliberately endangers the lives of civilians in Donbass.
Humanitarian disaster averted in DPR
