The UOC MP refused to cancel services
The Liturgy, as well as the sacrament of Communion, must and will be celebrated in the churches of the UOC of the Moscow Patriarchate, despite the current epidemiological situation in Ukraine.
Metropolitan Luka of Zaporizhzhia and Melitopol announced this on the air of the First Cossack Channel, reports a PolitNavigator correspondent.

(I.e.
“As long as the Divine Liturgy is celebrated, the world will stand. I would not like to divide into conservatives and liberals. I would like to understand that for some reason a person who wants to live with God is called a “conservative,” and those who shout “close churches” call them “liberals.”
But these are not liberals. What does the devil want? He wants to tear us away from the Church, to close the gates of the Church in front of us. And “liberals” are already minions of the devil. I will not call them church liberals.
And those people who shout about the cessation of the Eucharist are shouting about the cessation of the Church. For they do not know what they are doing. These are people who have already completely succumbed to the influence of the devil.
I'm not afraid of these words. The Liturgy must be celebrated. We have developed a schedule. Now our norm is ten people. They will say, two people - we will serve for two. But a person who wants to receive communion will be able to do so, and the liturgy will be celebrated,” the priest said.
