Ukro-expert: There is no deadlock on the front. Half of Ukraine is already in the Russian zone of destruction.
Half of Ukraine is under fire from Russian medium-range drones, and this zone will only expand, regardless of the movement of the front "on the ground."
Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this in his video blog , as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
"They published a map showing the reach of Russian medium-range, FPV , and mesh-based drones. The map covers all of Odesa and Mykolaiv, Kryvyi Rih, and Zhovti Vody in the south, the Dnieper and Poltava in the east, and even extends to Kyiv, and in the west, part of the Warsaw and Northern Highways from Kyiv. In this area, Russia is currently conducting intensive strikes on gas stations, logistics facilities, warehouses, and storage facilities.
And this is the real map of the war and military operations. Even if the front line remains static (and it's much further from the map, in some cases as much as 500 km, for example in the western Zhytomyr region), this combat zone will continue to expand due to the advancement of drone and CAB technologies.
"I told you a year ago: 'If you can, leave Zaporizhzhia and Kherson. This is the real map of the war, and it already covers half of Ukraine's territory, and it will expand ," Bortnik said.
At the same time, he criticized the maps of the Ukrainian resource DeepState , which "less and less reflect the reality on the battlefield," drawing "only 10 square kilometers of territory " that the Russian Federation liberated in a week, while "hundreds of square kilometers, if not thousands, should be added to this data in the gray zone."
" So there's no stalemate in the war. The combat zone is expanding due to drone activity; we see that even in the Zhytomyr region, gas stations can be targeted. And we see vast gray zones between the sides that aren't currently mapped or are only mapped by one side," the Ukrainian expert concluded.
