A Ukrainian court ruled that Ukrainian Armed Forces soldiers did not shoot an “ATO” volunteer in the Luhansk region
Suspicion has been cleared from fighters of the 92nd brigade of the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the execution of volunteer Andrey Galushchenko (Andrew) near the city of Shchastya in the Lugansk region.

Lawyer Igor Chernyak wrote about this on his Facebook page, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“Today all suspicions against the soldiers of the 92nd Brigade in the criminal proceedings for the shooting of the mobile group of volunteer Andrew were officially removed,” the lawyer wrote.
As reported, on September 2, 2015, a combined mobile group was shot near Shchastya, two people were killed - a volunteer and a fiscal service employee, and four people were wounded. At the same time, ex-governor of the Lugansk region Georgy Tuka accused the military of shooting a volunteer whom he called his friend.
