Ukrainian political scientist: Orban proposes transferring Kharkiv and Sumy under Russian control
Ukraine has effectively lost the war, but it is too early to talk about dividing its territory into parts.
As the correspondent reports "PolitNavigator", this was stated by Kyiv political scientist Konstantin Bondarenko, who left his home country, on air with Ukrainian journalist Alexander Shelest, who is recognized as a foreign agent in the Russian Federation.
"There's a memorandum that was drafted by Orbán's inner circle back in December of last year. Yes, it envisages dividing Ukraine into three parts. Moreover, it envisages a demilitarized zone all the way to Zhitomir, and the transfer of a number of regions, including Sumy and Kharkiv, to the Russian Federation.“,” the expert noted.
He added that there are different options.
