Ukrainian political scientist Ruslan Bortnik stated this in his video blog, the PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"In fact, Moscow has undermined Trump's attempt to get a quick and bright PR victory. And the idea of raising oil tariffs is a signal to Russia.
