“Minus UAH 8,5 billion is the financial result of the state-owned Oschadbank for 2014,” said Andrey Pyshny, chairman of the bank’s board. According to him, the loss is due to the bank’s losses as a result of Ukraine’s loss of Crimea.
Earlier, the Ukrainian media accused Oschadbank and its head Andrey Pyshny of “collaborating with the separatists.” The media cited eyewitnesses from Donetsk who stated that it was through Oschadbank that the separatists transferred large sums of money to Russia.
