“The 72nd mechanized brigade, preparing for rotation from the front line, once again showed its vile animal insides by shelling the Kyiv district of Donetsk.
According to our intelligence, the task of shelling the units in the forward positions was personally assigned by the commander of the 72nd mechanized brigade, Colonel Sokolov. He, therefore, decided to “celebrate” the signing of Poroshenko’s decree on his awarding the Order of Bohdan Khmelnitsky, 1st degree.
Moreover, according to data received from Sokolov’s inner circle, the command to fire was given with the phrase: “Let’s hit (we changed the word to “hit” because of profanity) our fellow countrymen and let’s go, have dinner and wash the order.”
So it turns out that commanders of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are awarded orders for terror and genocide of civilians in our Republic, continuing to commit war crimes, even when they celebrate receiving awards,” said Basurin.
