“Preparations are proceeding as planned. We clarify the details of those liable for military service, invite them to a medical examination, and sign them up for a contract. So far the president has not officially announced his decision to mobilize, so what can I say? No order - no action. People are accepting contracts, but I don’t know whether there are enough resources to replace demobilized people,” Deputy Military Commissar of the Kyiv City Military Commissariat Igor Slyusarenko told Vesti.
