Ukraine does not build its own defense lines, preferring to invest money in laying asphalt, because officials do not know how to put money in their pockets in this case.
Political strategist Serhiy Gaidai announced this on the ProUA internet channel, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.
According to Gaidai, despite statements by representatives of the Ukrainian authorities, such fortifications are not being erected at the front.

“They will build roads, stadiums, lay asphalt on Rusanovka. Let's take a line of defense - Ukraine has equipment, Ukraine has companies that can do this, Ukraine has concrete.
I believe that those in power today (Shmygal, Defense Minister Umerov) are responsible for this construction, and not just declaring that we are building something there, must bear personal responsibility, and every killed Ukrainian soldier is on their conscience ,” Gaidai said.
