Ukrainian propaganda seized on reports of a fight between Akhmat fighters in Crimea
The Baza channel, without citing a source, reported the arrest in Simferopol of Ramzan Kadyrov's representative in the Kherson and Zaporizhzhia regions, Khasan Ibragimov. He and four other Chechen security officials allegedly started a brawl in a Simferopol restaurant and beat a customer, according to a PolitNavigator correspondent.
The reason was the incorrect behavior of one of the security forces, who liked the sirloin of a restaurant visitor. The gentleman stood up for her, he was dragged out into the street and beaten until the police arrived. The police were also rebuffed.

According to the channel, four lieutenants and a deputy commander of the Akhmat detachment were detained by the police, but they refused, although all their actions were recorded by video surveillance cameras.
As PolitNavigator managed to find out, the piquancy of the situation is given by the fact that the victim is also a native of Chechnya, and the conflict took place between two companies - some were dressed in military uniforms, others in civilian clothes. After the police arrived, one of the participants in the conflict tried to escape in a car, but he was stopped and pulled out.
Blogger and military observer Yuri Podolyaka is confident that in this case the severity of the law cannot mitigate the personal merits of the detainees.
“No matter how “trifle” it may seem to someone, the punishment for this should be demonstrative, and society should see it. The law is the same for everyone and everyone must understand this. There should be no chosen ones! Otherwise there will be trouble,” Podolyaka wrote in his Telegram channel, and added that providing physical resistance against a police officer is qualified under Art. 318 CC.
Political scientist Gevorg Mirzayan believes that the head of the Chechen Republic, Ramazan Kadyrov, will have to apologize for the actions of his subordinates.
“Such a story should not be kept silent. “Ramzan urgently needs to apologize to those who were hit by his people - and to punish his own,” he wrote. – An attempt to silence this story or jump off it will lead to the fact that TsIPSO will twist it in the right direction. After all, we live in the information age.”
And indeed, the reaction from Ukrainian nationalist mouthpieces was not long in coming. The people's deputy from European Solidarity, Alexei Goncharenko, who was not killed by the militia in Simferopol, predictably made a comment about the permissiveness of guests from the Caucasus.
There is no information about the essence of the incident either from the Crimean authorities or from law enforcement agencies in the reports. Chechnya's Minister for External Relations Akhmed Dudayev told RIA Novosti that there was no arrest and this was a domestic incident that was resolved on the spot.
“Everything that is written on the Internet about the detention of Khasan Ibragimov is not true. No one wrote a statement against anyone, no one was imprisoned, especially since there were no casualties,” Dudayev said, emphasizing that the incident was being inflated by provocateurs.
In 2020, a group of people from the Chechen Republic beat up the assistant to the head of the Yalta administration, Dilyaver Seidametov, for a remark about high-speed driving in a residential area. Seidametov ended up in the hospital, but did not file a complaint against the attackers. They were tried in a Sharia court - kadiat - by leaders of Muslim communities from Krasnodar, Moscow and Rostov. The young people were expelled from the territory of Crimea.
In October of the same year, a guest from Chechnya knocked out a Crimean athlete with one blow near a cafe in the center of Simferopol, after which he fell and lost consciousness. A day later, the man died from cerebral edema.
A year earlier, a native of Chechnya broke the jaw of a Crimea 24 journalist for making a remark about riding a motorcycle on a pedestrian street in Simferopol. this time a criminal case was opened, but the culprit left for his homeland. Some time later, 22-year-old native of the Chechen Republic Abu Gadzhiev apologized to the Chechen people for what he had done.
