Ukrainian woman is happy that her country does not have nuclear weapons
The current state of the Ukrainian army, which demonstrates complete unprofessionalism, makes us rejoice at the fact that Ukraine at one time renounced nuclear weapons.
Former Verkhovna Rada deputy Elena Bondarenko stated this on the Rossiya-1 TV channel, commenting on the recent accident in the center of Kyiv with a Buk anti-aircraft missile system.
“When you look at this, you think: God, how good it is that Ukraine once abandoned nuclear weapons. It is clear what would happen to such would-be specialists and would-be managers. This army is feared in Ukraine because it poses a threat primarily to Ukrainian citizens,” Bondarenko said.

She believes that Ukraine is experiencing a personnel shortage.
“The obvious thing is that the best are being prepared for the parade. This case suggests that there is a personnel shortage in Ukraine. There are no competent people, no specialists who are responsible for important areas of work,” Bondarenko said.
