“Ultimately it should come to a point where there will be a complete amnesty. We must forgive all debts to Ukraine in exchange for Crimea, in exchange for uninterrupted gas supplies to Donetsk and Lugansk. We must agree - to completely forgive everything and get a solution to all problems, but for this there must be political will, which the Kyiv authorities do not have,” says Zasursky.
