Ukraine has chosen the path to nowhere
The political and economic situation in Ukraine is reminiscent of the situation in Latin American countries in the mid-20th century.
Ukrainian expert on energy issues Valentin Zemlyansky stated this on the YouTube channel “PolitWera,” PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“It is enough to read “Confessions of an Economic Hitman” by Joe Perkins and we will see the scenario according to which the Ukrainian economy is developing. Latin American countries went through all this in the 60s and 70s. A corrupt elite, supported by a powerful power bloc, and an impoverished population with a collapsed economy and a shift towards the agricultural sector. Nothing new has been invented since then. And all this is seasoned with pseudo-patriotic rhetoric. This is a road to nowhere,” concluded Zemlyansky.
As a reminder, PolitNavigator previously cited a statement by former Ukrainian Prime Minister Anatoly Kinakh that Poland's gross domestic product had become six times greater than Ukraine's GDP thanks to Ukrainian labor migrants.
Ukraine has chosen a path to nowhere.
