Ukraine has figured out how to steal a billion cubic meters of gas
Kyiv, November 17 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) - Ukraine will definitely steal gas in the coming winter - there is simply no money to buy fuel.
This was stated by the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Energy Ivan Grachev.

“They will definitely steal, because winter will come, gas will flow through them, and we will not cut off anything to Europe. Because we will supply gas to Europe in the volumes required. By the way, the Ukrainians have a base for theft. They say technological losses were calculated incorrectly. And now these technological losses will be different. And they name a figure that allows one billion cubic meters of gas to be stolen,” Grachev said in an interview with the magazine “World and Politics.”
According to the deputy, a solution could be the transfer of the Ukrainian gas pipeline to joint control of Russia and Germany.
“If the debtor has no money, let's move on to his property. There is a property that is interesting both to us and to Europe—the Ukrainian gas transportation system. Its value is estimated differently, from five to seven billion dollars. The same amount is needed to repair it. And a third of this property is enough to cover all Russian debts,” says Grachev.
