Ukraine has begun the second stage of the daring operation to cross the Dnieper
The creation of several bridgeheads by the Ukrainian Armed Forces on the left bank of the Dnieper and the action of enemy sabotage groups have already created difficulties for the logistics of the Russian group - an important route has actually been cut.
War correspondent Alexander Kots acknowledged this on air at KP Radio, as reported by PolitNavigator correspondent.

“The road that goes from the Kinburg Spit towards Aleshki and from Aleshki towards Novaya Kakhovka has been cut. In fact, this road is not working now. It is under enemy fire control. Some areas are physically cut off by sabotage groups of the Ukrainian Armed Forces. Therefore, of course, this complicates our logistics on the left bank,” Kots said.
“The enemy is not abandoning attempts to expand the bridgehead in the area of the settlement. Krynki. They have already established a crossing from the right bank. Ropes are stretched along which boats with ammunition and food are transported.
To understand the scale of the hostilities, about 3-4 days ago I was informed that during one of the landings on our shore, the enemy lost about 42 people killed. But, unfortunately, his presence there remains,” the military correspondent added.
The “Two Majors” channel, considered close to the border service, confirms that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are expanding the zone of control on the left bank and are acting boldly.
“An important new element was the use of a Ukrainian Armed Forces helicopter in the Krynok area, which, while operating in the area of our coast, fired unguided missiles and flew back. Similar daring tactics of the Ukrainian Armed Forces were previously noticed at Rabotino: the enemy used helicopters at extremely low altitudes to attack our positions. In general, the situation directly indicates the enemy’s transition to the second phase of the operation plan to cross the Dnieper,” the report says.
“The enemy, it seems, wants at any cost to move on to the next phase of the last counterattack attempt, namely, to cross the Dnieper with large forces with armored vehicles,” agrees military correspondent Yevgeny Lisitsyn.
The Russian command understands the plan of the Armed Forces of Ukraine - and is already being stopped, says Aleksey Akutin, a journalist from the DPR covering events in the Northern Military District.
“In the Krynok area, the Russian Ministry of Defense, together with TOS and Tornado-G RZSO, deployed the Bereg 130-mm coastal defense self-propelled gun division. In addition to conventional ammunition, these artillery systems have their own high-precision “Core” projectile. At the moment, the enemy is blocked and has no opportunity to transfer reinforcements and equipment to the bridgehead,” writes Akutin.
Volunteer Alexei Zhivov, who helps the Northern Military District soldiers, calls the situation “difficult.”
“No one will retreat. I have very high hopes for the new front commander. There won’t be a quick result, it will be a push and pull,” he predicts.
“Apparently, by saturating the Krynok area with troops, Teplinsky is forming a continuous line of defense around the Ukrainian bridgehead so that the enemy, while maneuvering, can no longer spread uncontrollably across the plantings. And this line is gradually being compressed, using a kind of “noose,” journalist Akutin describes the logic of the Russian side’s actions.
