A military expert and retired LPR lieutenant colonel stated this on his video blog, answering viewers' questions. Andrey Marochko, the correspondent of PolitNavigator reports.

“I am one of those people who may be insidious, cruel, but I think this green bastard deserved the highest measure of punishment.
Naturally, it would be possible to first scare him by depriving him of such guarantees, so that he could live in fear for a while. Well, and then liquidate him." - added Marochko.
