Kyiv, February 06 (PolitNavigator, Vladimir Raichenko) – In fact, they are trying to introduce a new serfdom in Ukraine.
Kost Bondarenko, director of the Ukrainian Policy Foundation, stated this at a press conference in Kyiv, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent , commenting on attempts to restrict the departure of men of military age from and within Ukraine.

“In fact, this introduces a new serfdom,” the political scientist emphasizes. – That is, a person cannot travel outside his locality without permission from the military registration and enlistment office. The last time such a norm was in effect was until 1956, when Khrushchev abolished it and passports began to be issued. The next point, I propose, is to take away the passports of all citizens. Then it will be easier to control everyone. Or cancel the norm that cancels previous registration. This will be a logical continuation of what the current government is doing.”
