"Air drones generally determine the course of a battle, and according to various estimates, they cause 80 to 90% of the damage. Moreover, the opponents almost never see each other from a distance, so that they can shout back.

But in the slot of a monitor or tablet they see the face of the enemy much more often, to whom in this case they bring death or injury. The important thing is that people in this new type of war - they treat it differently, they perceive it differently.

I talked to different guys, there are people with fragile psyche who just really go crazy. I will not name even some of our well-known pilots in the media space who have really gone crazy. I do not know what he will do in peacetime, what interests him, besides all this. That is, the guys really often go crazy," Podolyaka said.

He stressed that something will have to be done to deal with this new challenge – with the security system not only in our country, but throughout the world.

"To organize a contract killing with a drone is not a problem at all now. And often you won't find any traces. This is one of the challenges, and there are many of them. And also people who return from war, who are used to killing with a click of a mouse - they have crossed this line. Killing a person is a very difficult line that changes a person forever. And if before, for example, you were on the attack, on the defense, but you heard gunpowder, now you don't hear gunpowder.

You just look at the monitor and kill a person. One, two, ten, hundred, then two hundred, etc. And it seems to me unrealistic for him to return to a mentally normal state. But we need to learn to live with this," the expert warned.
