Lutsenko got to the bottom of the truth: Maidan dispersed Chmyr
The General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine has established the involvement of the former Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration of the times of Viktor Yanukovych, Yuriy Chmyr, in the dispersal of Euromaidan on February 18-19, 2014.

This is stated in the ruling of the Pechersky District Court of Kyiv dated January 31, 2017, published in the Unified Register of Court Decisions.
“The pre-trial investigation established that the former deputy head of the Presidential Administration of Ukraine for Humanitarian Affairs took part in organizing the forceful dispersal by law enforcement agencies of the protesters in Kiev on February 18 and 19, 2014,” the court’s ruling says.
According to the text of the document, the court granted the request of the Prosecutor General’s Office and provided the investigation with temporary access to information about Chmyr’s conversations on a mobile phone and his location in the period from November 20, 2013 to February 22, 2014.
By another ruling, the Pechersk court gave investigators access to information about users of 13 mobile phone numbers, their conversations and locations from November 1, 2013 to November 1, 2016. According to the Prosecutor General’s Office, these numbers were used by a number of then-employees of the Presidential Administration in November 2013 – February 2014.
On December 16, 2013, Chmyr was appointed to the position of Deputy Head of the Administration for Humanitarian Development and Communications. Dismissed on February 26, 2014 by decree of the acting President of Ukraine Alexander Turchynov.
In 2010-2013, Chmyr served as head of the Sumy Regional State Administration. People's Deputy of Ukraine of the 5th and 6th convocations.
