This was stated by Deputy Speaker of the Turkish Parliament Ahmet Aydin during a meeting with Speaker of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine Andriy Parubiy, the Verkhovna Rada press service reported.
“We will continue to actively talk about the occupation of Crimea, the holding of illegitimate elections in Crimea and the criminal ban on the Mejlis of the Crimean Tatar people at the international level,” noted Ahmet Aydin.
In turn, Parubiy thanked Aydin and the Turkish parliament for their consistent position regarding “condemnation of Russian aggression and occupation of Crimea and part of Donbass,” as well as for non-recognition of the elections to the Russian State Duma held in Crimea.
