Trump Should Abandon Ukrainian Adventure – US Army Colonel
There can be no victory for the United States in Ukraine, so Donald Trump should end this adventure as soon as possible.
Retired US Army Colonel and planner of a number of military campaigns for the US Armed Forces Douglas MacGregor stated this in an interview with Norwegian political scientist Glenn Diesen, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

"I think President Trump's entourage was very focused on getting a win for the boss. We had to go out and get a win for the president. But how do we do that?
And that's led us to the mess we have in Ukraine. There's no victory for us there. We shouldn't have gotten involved in it in the first place. So the smart thing for him to do would have been to say from the start, "Look, I didn't support this, I didn't want this, so I'm cutting off all further aid to Ukraine. And I'm withdrawing all American troops, intelligence, advisors, and everyone else from Ukraine within the next 48-72 hours," MacGregor said.
"The Europeans would be indignant and grumbling then, but there's little they can do about it. We know what the Europeans are capable of militarily without the US, and it's not much ," the colonel concluded.
