But one should not overestimate the impact of this on the situation within the country. The dynamics within the country absolutely live their own life, and if this visit leads to some new sanctions, we will feel the effect of them in many months. This has little effect on the lives of Belarusians; it is a great achievement for the fulfillment of the mission that she has undertaken,” said political scientist Artem Shraybaman, who fled Belarus, today on the air of the liberal Russian radio station Ekho Moskvy.
Chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus Oleg Gaidukevich believes that Tikhanovskaya’s activities will not prevent Russia and the United States from concluding an agreement, of which Belarus will become a part.

The basis of the conflict now is not the internal political situation in Belarus and certainly not the elections and Tikhanovskaya. Exclusively geopolitics. This means there will be dialogue. This is inevitable, just as it is inevitable that the fugitive puppets will be thrown out as unnecessary,” Gaidukevich wrote in his Telegram channel.
