The news was headlined, "Terrorists restored the railway in Debaltseve in 12 days ."

The Donetsk News Agency reports : "Debaltseve authorities today opened the first kindergarten since the end of hostilities. This was announced by Artem Melnichuk, the city's deputy mayor for reconstruction."

“This morning, the first kindergarten opened in our city accepted six children,” he said. — Yesterday the first patient with bronchitis was admitted to the city hospital. In total, the medical institution is ready to admit 54 patients to the hospital.”

In addition, according to Melnichuk, at the moment the “terrorists” in Debaltsevo have already provided 70% of the destroyed city with electricity, and water for 35% of the population.
