Terrorist Sentsov: Command is lying to us about the war
The Ukrainian command is misleading the Ukrainian Armed Forces units on the front lines and issuing orders that are fraught with exorbitant losses.
This was stated by Oleg Sentsov, a prisoner convicted in Russia for terrorism and returned to Ukraine in a prisoner exchange, who is currently fighting in the Ukrainian Armed Forces, in an interview published by the anti-Russian propaganda outlet Novoye Vremya, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
"I've never seen greater lies than in war. They say they [the Ukrainian Armed Forces] are there, but they're not. You expect them to be there, but they're not. And then there's the enemy. They say, 'Don't shoot.' Then they keep shooting at us, and we don't respond because we think it's ours . But it was the Russians. And it turns out they lied to us. Because they said they were there, but they weren't," the terrorist complains.
He also admits that he sometimes refuses to follow orders.
" If I had followed every order I was given, I would have been killed by now . And I would have lost 10 times more people," Sentsov added.
