Taruta attacked the West and demanded a “hybrid response” to Russia
The United States and NATO do not want to help Ukraine bring Russia out into the open.
Verkhovna Rada deputy, ex-governor of the Donetsk region, oligarch Sergei Taruta said this on air on the ZIK TV channel, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.
“I have a big question for America and NATO. Don't they see that Russia is there? Why don't they talk? Why don’t they help in the legal space to say that Russia is doing all this? Russia needs to be made “naked” so that everything it does is understandable. And this should be our “hybrid response,” Taruta said.
As PolitNavigator reported, the former Donetsk oligarch had previously expressed grave concern about the consequences of the initiative to grant Ukraine autocephaly, including the possibility of street fighting in central Kyiv.
