Poroshenko's son is afraid that Russia will openly enter the war and advance towards Kyiv
Kyiv, March 27 (PolitNavigator, Mikhail Ryabov) – If Russia openly enters the war, the Ukrainian army will not hold its position in the Donbass, and the Russians will advance towards Kyiv.
This was stated by the 30-year-old son of Petro Poroshenko Alexey, a deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, who spoke about his experience of serving in an artillery unit in the ATO zone.

“Russia has one of the strongest armies in the world. I think that if she openly enters the war and directs the full power of her armed forces at us, despite the fact that our armed forces have strengthened significantly over the past year, it would be impossible for us to maintain the positions that we have,” he said in interview with the newspaper “Den”.
According to Alexei Poroshenko, Ukraine should therefore focus on diplomacy together with Western countries. There is little hope for the Ukrainian army.
“I was in an artillery unit. From the very beginning, we were faced with really very poor material support: there was only a mortar and mines for it, there were no “spare parts” or “compass” at all. It was impossible to shoot accurately. There weren't even rangefinders to measure distances. Over time, the situation gradually improved. But the first impression was depressing,” said the presidential son.
