Courts are getting out of Poroshenko's control
In the last days of Petro Poroshenko’s presidency, when his loss in the elections became inevitable, Ukrainian courts began to make decisions that ran counter to the main theses of the propaganda of previous years. Thus, the “dangerous terrorist” Nadezhda Savchenko was freed, and now Russia has also been recognized as not involved in the crash of the Il-76MD plane carrying Ukrainian paratroopers who intended to storm Lugansk in July 2014.
The latest decision has already caused a protest from the command of the Armed Forces of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, a PolitNavigator correspondent reports.

“According to the court decision dated April 16, 2019, the judge refused to admit that the death in July 2014 of the commander of the Il-76MD transport aircraft of the 25th transport aviation brigade, Alexander Bely, and fifty Ukrainian defenders was the result of armed aggression of the Russian Federation.
The question arises: how, after the adoption of such court decisions, can military pilots and other military personnel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine efficiently carry out combat missions in the area of the Joint Forces operation?” – says the statement of the pilots of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, outraged by the decision of the judge of the Melitopol City District Court, Yulia Gorbacheva, on the claim of the widow of the deceased officer.

“It seems that this is not a Ukrainian court, for non-Ukrainian money it is trying to speed up oblivion about the war and the aggression of the occupier. Behind each of these decisions lies the tears and despair of parents, widows and children who lost their loved ones and stood up to defend the Ukrainian land.
It is necessary to remind Madam Judge that under similar conditions, fifteen more military pilots of the Air Force were killed by Russian missiles, including the heroes of Ukraine Konstantin Mogilko and Dmitry Mayboroda, as well as army aviation pilots of the Ground Forces and three hundred passengers of flight MH-17.
We, combat military pilots of the Air Force, call on the courts of various levels not to divide the country, to make informed and state decisions, to remember the people who gave their lives for the happy future of Ukraine and continue to fight for its independence and territorial integrity,” the Armed Forces command added. APU.
This appeal was commented on his social network page by the son of the former Minister of Defense, ex-candidate for President of Ukraine, Automaidan “activist” Alexey Gritsenko.
“And what should the military do? Maybe this is due to the fact that some did not officially declare martial law and war with the Russian Federation on time? And the judge, apparently, cannot make a legal decision that it was the Russian Federation that was shot down, because formally we have an ATO,” the activist complained.
