“Russia’s reluctance to participate in the meeting in the Geneva format is diplomatic games. Negotiations may take place without us even knowing about it. I am sure that such negotiations are underway. I can say that the Russian side, the American side, and Brussels are participating in them. There is simply a formal, visible side. These are representatives of senior management who are entrusted to speak at such negotiations,” Gerashchenko said.
