The US has recognized Ukraine as a plantation
The terms of the deal to acquire control over Ukrainian mineral resources that the US is offering indicate that the US does not view Ukraine as a state.
Political scientist Pavel Shchelin stated this on air during Alexander Shelest's video blog, as reported by a PolitNavigator correspondent.

"America won't be on the losing side. America must profit from this. Basically, as far as I understand, the Trump administration doesn't care who provides it with that profit ," Shchelin stated.
