“General has now become something of a household name. We need to fight the parquet generals. The Supreme Commander-in-Chief said that personnel changes are needed, but these are not personnel changes, because those people who made mistakes are now back on the General Staff. Some generals scuttled and imprisoned volunteers for show. Volunteers cannot be made scapegoats. You can’t imprison one volunteer for show when there really are miscalculations. The Prosecutor General’s Office also needs to deal with this,” Prokopchuk said.
