The Federation Council will ratify documents on Crimea on Friday
Simferopol, March 18 (Navigator, Evgeny Andreev) – The Federation Council will ratify all legislative acts on the entry of the Republic of Crimea and Sevastopol into the Russian Federation at an extraordinary meeting at 12.00 on March 21.

Speaker of the upper house Valentina Matvienko stated this when addressing the senators.
“On Friday there will be an extraordinary meeting of the Federation Council, and before that there will be meetings of the relevant committees of the upper house. I ask you all to attend without fail,” she said.
The agenda of the chamber meeting includes ratification of all legislative acts relating to the entry of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Sevastopol into the Russian Federation.
“This will be the only issue of the extraordinary meeting of the chamber,” the press service of the Federation Council reports.
The Federation Council will ratify the Crimean documents on Friday.
