Donetsk, February 03 (PolitNavigator, Mikael Chagalyan) – The militia occupied the western outskirts of Debaltsevo. This was stated by Deputy Minister of Defense of the DPR Eduard Basurin.

“Continuing to push the enemy out of the city, formations of the DPR Ministry of Defense today came out and entrenched themselves on the western outskirts of Debaltsevo,” he said.
“In the area of the Debaltsevo-Artemovsk highway, the militia today occupied and already equipped all the dominant heights, thus ensuring complete control over the situation in this area,” Basurin clarified.
As PolitNavigator reported, Kiev refuses to recognize the encirclement of a large group of Ukrainian troops near Debaltseve.
