Berdnik wrote about this in her blog, reports PolitNavigator correspondent.
She reported that yesterday morning she did not open the door to an unknown person who broke into her apartment, declaring that he wanted to serve her with a summons.
“When, an hour and a half later, I began to crawl out of the apartment on crutches to go by taxi to treatment at the clinic, an investigator from the Republican SBU intercepted me on the staircase and, under video recording, read me a fagot that at a time not established by the pre-trial investigation, under unknown circumstances, “in an unspecified place, realizing the criminality of her actions, she committed an attack on the territorial integrity of Ukraine by overthrowing the constitutional order,” the anti-fascist wrote.
She emphasized that she categorically disagrees “with this crazy accusation” and considers herself innocent.
“I’m very sick of this, but I won’t agree to a plea deal and confess to absurd charges and will defend myself with good lawyers. I am seriously ill, after a complex operation I now have complications, it all looks like torture. Even under Poroshenko, given the weakness of the position and the absurdity of the accusation, they did not dare touch me. And these... um, lawyers seem to have gone crazy in their desire to get another victory, and the statute of limitations on these charges has long passed. I will fight!” Berdnik concluded.
